Book Easel Card

Here's a cute baby card I made---just because. I have been trying to make a variety of cards because my supply is very low. Nothing more I hate than to need a card and I have none available and no time to make one. I like to keep a nice supply of cards on hand just in case an occasions arises. This card will be added to my reserve.
If you like this card and would like to know how to make one, go to Stampingpalaceblog for the directions.

Want To Go Skating?

Here's another card I did for my Christmas in July theme. The background is called Wax Paper Cuttlebug Resist. This technique is so easy and fun to do.

If you need a background and you just can't find the right paper, why not make your own? Card and directions are posted at www.stampingpalaceblog.com

Christmas Party Cards

Oh my, it's almost been 10 months since I last blog. Not good. I have been making cards though especially Christmas cards.

I have a Christmas party at work every year and we pass out Christmas cards and something small that we personally make.

My Christmas card is going to be different this year. I already made one to see if I would like it and I have received compliments on it---so here it is.

The other is a little matchbook card with a chocolate treat inside.

More mice at play

Welcome Everyone

I'm a little physically challenged right now. I fell off the curb while walking. Of course I had an audience, embarrassed myself totally, and also hurt my right hand (right handed of course) and knee.

I wanted to make a Christmas card and needed something simple. I decided to make an accordion card. Two folds were made--the first was a mountain fold and the second is a valley fold. Attached my image and a saying and the card is finished. The second image below is on the open finished card.

Thanks for letting me share my story and stopping by. Until next time...

Mice at Play

Hi everyone

Oh...I hate to say this but Christmas will soon be upon us. Now is the time to start making your Christmas cards. Below is a card I made a couple of days ago. The background stamp was a goof I had done previously. I just cut off the bad spot and worked around the color. The saying is under the circle which says "From our home to yours". There is a little gold string to pull the circle. The dots on the scallop circle are stickles glue. As shown below the mouse stamp was originally a To and From tag. I masked off the words and just used the mouse.

I also made a couple of tags that came with the House Mouse set. If you like these little critters, why not stop on by at StampingPalace and check out our other mice stamps. All are on sale right now.

So until next time better start on those Christmas cards. It's just around the corner. Thanks for stopping by.
